	Au sud de la métropole Grenobloise, un parvis aride est transformé en jardin éphémère. Une pépinière temporaire de 130 arbres, un grand voilage et de nouvelles assises offrent des lieux d’arrêts ombragés. Les arbres ont été sélectionnés pour leur capacité à supporter les conditions rudes sur la place. Ils seront déployés sur d’autres parcs au terme de l’expérimentation.Une série de capteurs permet de mesurer précisément les capacités de rafraichissement et de captation des polluants du jardin.

	L’ étude prospective vise à imaginer le futur d’Annecy en 2050 face à un réchauffement climatique important de l’arc péri-alpin. &#38;nbsp; Le projet s’articule autour de quatre grandes thématiques&#38;nbsp; permettant de renforcer partout le paysage existant: 


- Une compréhension fine des dynamiques aériennes et souterraines induites par la géomorphologie, afin d’identifier partout de nouveaux dialogues entre l’air et les&#38;nbsp; sols,


- Un lien renouvelé avec la vallée du Fier et ses affluents, grande armature métropolitaine, corridor écologique et vecteur d’une qualité d’habité singulière le long de l’eau vive, 


- Une perception des espaces ouverts morcelés comme un vaste archipel climatique à renforcer, une couronne de parcs métropolitains capable de structurer la périphérie pavillonnaire et d’accompagner la transformation des pratiques agricoles, 


- Un coeur de ville poreux, ouvert aux vents, où s’initie de vastes corridors reconnectant la périphérie ouverte au centre dense.

	Au cœur de la ZAC des Tartres, un grand Parc de 22ha offrira une nouvelle armature majeure pour l’ensemble du territoire. Le parc est caractérisé par de larges prairies ouvertes, une vocation agricole marquée et de grands mails arborés. Ces dimensions permettent d’organiser au sein d’un paysage unitaire une couronne de programmes métropolitains, de grands ensembles et de jardins existants.

Les aménagements actuels le long de la frange ouest des archives présentent des
plantations en alignements afin d’accompagner les linéaires de la rue Toussaint Louverture. La création d’une frange dense en bordure du parc de la ZAC des Tartres invite à repenser les épaisseurs végétales le long de la rue et à densifier les plantations au sein de l’emprise des Archives Nationales. La rue Toussaint Louverture présentera ainsi à terme deux franges arborées densément plantées pour offir un cadre boisé au futur bâtiment.&#38;nbsp;

	Le sud de la Plaine est largement minéralisé et fortement soumis aux îlots de chaleur et aux nuisances des infrastructures. Le projet s’appuie sur les trames historiques du territoire pour déployer une nouvelle armature paysagère, reliant ensemble les parcs existants, créer une nouvelle centralité et offrir un maillage de circulations douces renforcé.

En fond de cour, un jardin ombragé assure un refuge climatique estival.
Les toitures offrent un paysage continu, dessiné à partir des rudes conditions climatiques dans les hauteurs.

	La région métropolitaine Milanaise est caractérisée par un réseau dense de canaux d’irrigations et de longs alignements morcelant la plaine agricole. 

La rénovation du centre ville de Segrate s’appuie sur cette structure fragile de cours d’eau et de plantations linéaires. Un mail planté parallèle aux canaux d’irrigation permet de connecter les parties nord et sud du site. Il accueille également un marché hebdomadaire. Les plantations le long de l’eau vive sont également renforcées pour créer un long parc linéaire. 

Une maille d’arbre continue permet d’assurer un couvert ombragé sur l’ensemble des nouveaux espaces publics tout en produisant une image forte pour la ville et un confort climatique renforcé.

	Située au plus près des voies d’eau, entre les berges et le Parc du Petit Rhin, l’école appartient pleinement au grand paysage alluvial. Un paysage hygrophile se déploie&#38;nbsp;à travers toutes les strates du projet, du fil d’eau aux choix des matériaux, afin de créer un environnement singulier, ancré dans sa géographie et à forte valeur pédagogique.

Le site est marqué par une déclivité de2,50 mètres entre le quai et la rue. Cette différence offre l’opportunité de dessiner des cours ludiques et dynamiques tout en s’inscrivant dans la géographie alluviale. Les ruptures de niveaux permettent ainsi la création de talus végétalisés ou de bancs. Elles dessinent des « îles » au sol perméable offrant des espaces végétalisés où déambuler et des zones des jeux et équipements ludiques. Sous les préaus, le dénivelé permet la création d’un petit auditorium pour l’école élémentaire et d’un grand jeu en sol souple pour la maternelle. Une grande rampe circulaire assure la fluidité des circulations entre les différents programmes.

	Dans un territoire agricole largement remembré, la haie bocagère existante a résisté aux ameénagements successifs et a su restée intact depuis plus de 70 ans.

Elle est une structure fondamentale du territoire, dirigeant l’ensemble de la ZAC vers le Touch. Si celui-ci présente d’abord une maigre épaisseur boisée dans un bocage dense, l’abandon progressif des parcelles agricoles a conduit à son épaississement progressif. Le Touch est désormais la figure paysagère majeure du territoire. La future ZAC s’organise ainsi autour de grands axes parallèles tournés vers la rivière.

Entre le futur grand Parc et la haie bocagère, le lot 22 offre ainsi des qualités d’habité inégalé sur le reste de la ZAC. Les arbres existants imposent leur géométrie à l’ensemble de l’îlot. Un paysage linéaire de haies mixtes, de noues et de jardins se déploie vers la rivière, offrant de nouvelles aménités pour les habitants.

	La périphérie agricole de Canosa, autrefois largement agricole, est aujourd’hui morcelée par des activités productives et de petites industries. Le morcellement a conduit à la création d’un paysage marqué par de longs linéaires d’oliviers et de fruitiers. 
Cette structure est renforcée sur l’ensemble de la vallée et permet d’acceuillir de nouvelles activités tout en produisant une image forte et immédiate pour la ville. Elle permet également la mise en valeur d’un réseau de sites archéologiques le long de la voie romaine. 
Au porte de la ville, un vaste parking est transformé en jardin ouvert sur les sites archéologiques. Les aménagements en périphérie transforment l’identité de la place tout en permetttant aux grands événements de s’y implanter tout au long de l’année.

	Au coeur d’une vallée encaissée, le musée s’appuie sur la topographie pour dessiner de vastes terrasses ouverte sur le paysage. Les forêts environnantes se déploient au sein du parc pour créer un grand jardin où accommoder lieux de cérémonie et espaces de mémoires.&#38;nbsp;
L’emplacement des fosses&#38;nbsp; est caractérisée par des plantations de Metasequoia. A terme, ils viendront marquer la présence des fosses dans le grand paysage.&#38;nbsp;
